Digitalize a manual process with low level of automation to collect all the data for electronic batch record and process optimization. Being GMP compliant.
SOLUTION
- Break the data silos creating the C-MIP (Cocoon Manufacturing Intelligence Platform) with a modular solution and scalable GMP technology.
- Connecting the batch data from the ERP with the Building Management System, Environmental Monitoring System, Quality Management System and data from production via Paper-On-Glass forms. To have a real time holistic view of the entire manufacturing process, including labs and warehouse.
- Once the C-MIP is deployed as a single validated data lake, there are several apps to install on the top as ‘Real Time Product Quality Review’, ‘Continuous Process Verification’, ‘Real Time Reject’, among others.
