CHALLENGE:
Move from paper-based batch record to an electronic Batch Record using Paper-on-Glass solution to digitalize manufacturing operations efficiently and timely.
SOLUTION
- Break the data silos creating the BIP (Batch Intelligence Platform) with a modular solution and scalable GMP technology.
- Built PoG forms with eSignature, Active Directory and recipes management to gather real time information to the BIP.
- Once the BIP is deployed as a single validated data lake, there are several apps to install on the top as ‘Real Time Product Quality Review’, ‘Continuous Process Verification’, ‘Real Time Reject’, among others.
